The Veil is held on by two vintage gold safety pins and you can move it to the front, the back, the side, or just take it off completely. Whatever you fancy.
All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with a one size fits all
elastic headband that keeps the hat snugly on your head and won't slip off.
