This Pirate's Life Tiny Top Hat with full cream back veil was made By me and my crew. All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband and a removable clip to keep it on your head.
The veil of this hat is AWESOME. It's intentionally burned to look battleworn, and the pendant on the front with the skull and cross bones is actually a locket. Really cool, be sure and check out more pictures of this hat =)
